Scope

These terms apply to every application sold or given on this site (egyptian-apps.mypalace.ca), operated by mypalace.ca (Germain Malenfant), and to their documentation.

By buying, subscribing to or getting an application, you accept these terms.

Terms of use — no liability

• The applications and their documentation are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
• You are responsible for testing an application before using it in production, for backing up your data and for your Mayan EDMS installation.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, mypalace.ca accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the applications or their documentation, including loss of data, revenue or business, service interruption or incorrect results.

Refund policy — no refunds

• All sales are final.
• Applications sold for a one-time payment are not refunded, in whole or in part.
• Annual subscriptions are not refunded, and the unused part of a subscription period is not refunded either, including after a cancellation.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time: it is then not renewed, and your access remains until the end of the period already paid.
• Exception — malfunction or missing feature: if an application does not work, or lacks a feature, compared to its description on this site, write to us at germain.malenfant@mypalace.ca: a fix will be offered, or a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.
• Free applications involve no payment.

Trademarks

Mayan EDMS® is a registered trademark of Roberto Rosario. The applications sold or given on this site are independent add-ons, developed and supported by mypalace.ca: they are not Mayan EDMS products, and this site is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Mayan EDMS project or its trademark holder. Egyptian is a fork based on Mayan EDMS.
